Envisalink 3 Ademco Beta Question

I am progamming an Ademco Vista-21IP for use with the Envisalink 3 Beta module.

The Ademco Panel Programming Instructions explain "From your browser, access your local Envisalink programming page by going to the config tab at the top of the browser."

When accessing the Envisalink module on my network via the local IP or "//envisalink/", I do not see a page with a "config" tab.

I can only access the "Home" and "Network" pages (see screen caps).

Currently, I am not getting a green "KEYB" light. I assume this is because I am unable to program the keypad address into the Envisalink3 since I am unable to access the configuration page.

Can someone assist?

If you're on the BETA program, then you would have BETA firmware and you don't. Did you contact your coordinator? You are supposed to contact him when you receive your BETA unit.

Thank you for the reply. I did not have instructions to contact a coordinator.
The last message I received from Support was "Send your address and daytime phone number", then I received the unit a few days later.

I will contact Support again...
