Although I wasn't aware of it at the time, early yesterday morning (March 5, 2024 at 2:50 am) my home network had a Network Supervision Default and it never restored itself as it usually does. How do I go about determining what the fault is and how I can restore supervision? I'm really reluctant to leave my house with this situation and would really appreciate help on this.
Thanks, Bob

Re: How to resolve a Network Supervision Default?
You are talking about a Network Supervision FAULT, not default. That's kinda funny in an engineering sort of way.
The message means that the Envisacor servers lost contact with the Envisalink for more than 10 minutes. You need to figure out why this is as it could be for any number of reasons.
Check your LEDs on the Envisalink board itself. It tells you exactly what is wrong.

Thanks for the help. Jimmy at EyezOn support helped me to resolve this although in the end it sorta resolved itself. Seems to be working okay right now.
