Phone not receiving Alert SMS text

Post by hrdknox »

As of two days ago my Galaxy S21 phone has stopped receiving alert SMS text messages from Eyezon. My phone receives every text message except the one from Eyezon, so the phone is working properly. I deleted my phone as a contact on the Eyezon website and added it back. When I do this a PIN is supposed to be sent to my phone for verification, but that doesn't happen. My wife has the same phone as me and is on my T-Mobile account and her phone continues to recieve alert text messages from Eyezon. Any suggestions as to a fix? Thank you.

It is an issue with T-Mobile. See posting below

For the past two weeks I have received EyezOn text message alerts on my T-Mobile phone. Seems to be off and on for periods.

My account is not working as well. My Verizon contact just disappeared all of a sudden. And like I said I have Verizon not T-Mobile.

I have the same issue. The last Verizon SMS I received was on April 12th. The contact for Verizon disappeared from my EyezOn account. If I attempt to add the contact back on the EyezOn portal, the pin SMS never comes through. I am able to send to the phone via the Verizon email to SMS gateway just fine. I just noticed the pined announcement that explains what I am seeing. Darn...

@GrandWizard - Has EyezOn tried using a random string as the account part of the return address instead of "noreply?" I am wondering if this might fix the problem with Verizon. Maybe they are blocking large volume emails from a single user and not from a single domain.
