Portal on iPhone problem

Since the updated portal page, I have not been able to arm my system from my iPhone. Instructions say a pop up asks for the pin to arm, but I am not getting that pop up. Block pop ups is turned off on my iPhone.

Sorry, I honestly don't know what you mean. You are best to submit a tech support request from your Eyezon portal for support.

Wow, maybe this forum isn’t what I thought it was.
In case anyone has the same issue, it turns out there is an easy to miss link in the new portal that says “Use Classic Portal”. When I click that I’m able to arm my system remotely.
