I'm having a new Honeywell Vista 20P system installed. The installers are also adding a ADC-SEM-300 communicator module for cellular / alarm.com connectivity. We'll have the system centrally monitored by the local alarm company. I'd like to add an EnvisaLink 4 for local connectivity to the system and automated control (via home-assistant). The installers don't believe the alarm.com communicator module and the EnvisaLink module can co-exist in the 20P system. From the documentation I get the impression the EnvisaLink presents itself as a keypad, so I'm hopeful they can co-exist. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thanks in advance!

Re: EnvisaLink 4 alongside alarm.com
Hello, yes, the Envisalink has a "shadow" mode that allows it to exist with another existing communicator.
But the real question is why? The SEM is redundant if you have the Envisalink. The Envisalink is a full professional communicator to your alarm company. There is no need for the SEM.
