Notification when cellular disconnects

Does anyone know if it's possible to be notified on the App or email if the cellular connection on the Duo disconnects / reconnects? This is assuming the primary internet connection is connected. I want to monitor how frequently the cellular disconnects.

The DSC panel keypads do not show the cellular disconnect trouble as well.

Yes, this is all logged in your user log. It is under the "troubles" group for notifications.

Also, is there any way to inform the DSC panel of the cellular or network issue so it shows on the keypad? I recall seeing the issue on the keypad when we had DSC cellular uplink. Thx.

If you have Envisalarms you can request this feature for loss-of-communication with the central station whether that be over IP or LTE.
