This morning at 3AM, the Envisalink system suddenly started arming itself while I/my family were sleeping. I managed to turn it off manually at the keypad.
2 hours later, the system started beeping showing faults in zones 111 and 48, which are never enabled or used.
I suspect either someone hacked my system or there was a systematic error because today is the start of daylight saving time. Furthermore, the system error occurred exactly 120 minutes later from the ghost arming, not 119 minutes or 121 minutes, but precisely 120 minutes later.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

Re: My envisalink was hacked...
Your Envisalink can't be "hacked". You probably had a disarm command stuck in the command queue and when the DST changeover happened your queue was flushed. As for the zone troubles, those are all directly from your panel. It has nothing to do with the Envisalink.
Submit a tech support request and we can see what is going on with your panel.

Re: My envisalink was hacked...
I dont know about "hacked", but I too had VERY ODD incident last night around 9pm PST. One of my panels suddenly (and erroneously) started tripping, continuously, zones 95, 96, and 99 (which are my push button zones for Manual FIre Alarm, Panic Alarm , and silent Alarm. The only way I could get it to stop was to totally power down my panel.
I disconnect the EZLink, and powered back up and everything ran fine all night.
In the morning I reconnected the EZLink, and now zones 95 and 96 still show they open, and nothing I do will get them to close. When I view the zone status on my actual panel touchscreen they show normal.
I have tried updating the firmware, but that did not help.
Any suggestions.

Commands cleared by the DST changeover sounds possible.GrandWizard wrote: ↑Sun Mar 09, 2025 10:52 am Your Envisalink can't be "hacked". I checked my Honeywell 20P system program, but zone 48 is "Not Used (00)" and therefore the expansion card 111 is "Not Used (EE)". However, the system still triggers a "Check 111 Wire Expansion" fault. Since it exists, if installed, in the keypad bus, it appears that either the keypads or the Envisalink triggers the code. As this happened at a similar time with a 120 minutes interval, I suspect the Envisalink is causing the trouble.
Re: My envisalink was hacked...
Your symptom is different from mine, but it may be caused by a similar issue. It happened at 9PM PST (12AM EST). Mine happened 3:19AM EST (12:19 PST). It seems something related to the DST change may have caused these trouble, (? maybe), and still causing issues.ELEyez25 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 09, 2025 2:19 pm I dont know about "hacked", but I too had VERY ODD incident last night around 9pm PST.
