I have my current Envisalink integrated in my smart home with a Universal Devices Polisy Smart Home Hub so I can press a button next to my bed when I go to sleep that will set my alarm.
I now have a need to integrate with the Envisalink in Home Assistant for some other smart home needs where I need to interact with the Envisalink. I'm now getting rejected because it only allows for one connection.
Am I able to add a second Envisalink to the same Honeywell Vista panel? And if so, how do I do it? I see other forum posts that I believe are asking this question and the answer is "yes you can." But there is no description of how to install the second Envisalink. Is it as simple as connecting the second set of network cable wires to the same ports with the existing wires? This seems wrong in my mind lol but maybe I'm overthinking it.

Sure you can. The Envisalink is just another keypad on your system so adding another is no problem.
When adding the second Envisalink, you need to assign the second Envisalink to a unique keypad slot like you did when you installed the first one. Make sure you enable it on the panel too.
Oh you will also need to enable LRR/IP/GSM shadowing on your new Envisalink as you can only have one on the ECP bus. Just enable this on the SECOND one, not the FIRST one.
