Many customers have found that there is a bug in the firmware for Nokia FastMile and Gateway 12 5G modems used by carriers like T-Mobile and Rogers. Neither carrier admits to it but there is bug that block "long lived" UDP sockets for services like SIP, certain VPNs, and all IP security systems, ours included. It seems to be related to their IPv6 implementation and removing the "dual stack" option fixes the problem.
The workaround is to log into the Admin mean and select IPv4 only following these steps below.
WAN > WAN Services > Cellular > Click on the APN name > IP Mode > Change it to IPv4
