I connected the Envisalink3 to my Ademco Vista10 panel. I get the internet packet lights and the red Operate light. This should indicate the card is getting power and connection to the interned. I am unable to get the solid KEYB light, it only blinks.
It's my understanding that Envislink does not have an IP address.
I am able to type in my intranet IP address and see the card.
I am not able to see events or zone status remotely.
Any suggestions?

Yes, this means the Envisalink can't get an IP from your DHCP server. Most likely it is a cabling issue.
But, the simple fact that you have the proper firmware (Honeywell) means that your device was working properly at some time as it needed to get that firmware from the firmware servers.
Check all your network connections again.
