Black Berry Portal Link Screen Changed - EnvisaLink 3

Over the weekend, the EnvisaLink website portal link, via my Black Berry, was VERY slow and often stalled and timed out. On Tuesday, I looked again and the portal link website looks completely different. It used to look rich and professional with distinct boxes at the bottom of my BB screen for my alarm, Thermostat, and Video feeds. It now looks cheap.

What happened?

We haven't changed anything. By any chance was there a firmware update for your Blackberry over that period?

If you want to test that it is the Blackberry and not us, just enter your mobile link into your computer instead and see how it looks there.

I just posted about the same speed issue in another thread, but I'd bet you were using the older WAP portal, which is why you see everything appearing differently. I have and use both links and from what I can see, nothing has really changed in the look and feel of the pages.
