Is EnvisaLink compatible with a GS3060?

I have an ADT installed GS3060 as my primary/sole security solution. The keypad is a SCW9047. Is the EnvisaLink compatible with this panel?

My ultimate goal and the reason I found the EnvisaLink was to integrate my ADT/DSC system with my Vera Home Automation system. I think as long as the EnvisaLink works with the panel, then I should be able to get it to work with the Vera.

I don't believe that it is compatible as this is an all-in-one system and has no keybus that the Envisalink can connect to.
