No Network Supervision Restore message sent

Hi, I had my first first network supervision trouble tonight. It lasted one hour ten minutes. Got my email about the trouble but when the network came back on (about one hour ago), I haven't received that email. Is that normal? From the search I did on the forum, I don't think it is so what could be causing this if it isn't?
