Yep, everything you've mentioned is easy. I'll have something out Wednesday.

Cool, sounds like io_guy can get you sorted with something to run on a PC faster than I could. I'd need to clean up my webapp a bit before I could release it (remove passwords and such, and let you specify your own info).
I did release my DSC Server app today on google market. It does the same thing a PC might for anyone with a tablet or phone (android 2.2 or later) that can be dedicated to it, plus "fans-out" the 2DS/3DS interface to allow multiple connections.
This lets me use a tablet upstairs and another downstairs, with a calendar, weather forcast, my DSC keypad app and my Wifi thermostat app, and my security cameras on both of them. A real nerd, I also have a phone with the same apps plus in a desk dock as alarm clock by my bed .
On a spare android phone (a cheap Optimus 1) using a pay-as-you-go contract from T-Mobile I run this DSC Server app to give me self monitoring including line cut and power loss notifications. I can run the DSC Keypad app and widgets on my personal phone, tablets, and alarm clock phone all connected at the same time, all with immediate updates.
This is a very inexpensive way to do self monitoring if you don't already have a PC you can dedicate to it - suitable phones are < $100 on eBay, and you get true text messages vs SMS to email.
The app can be found here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... VydmVyIl0.

The app is done, I have it running on my system today.
Just going to add a timed FIFO buffer to keep from flooding the SMTP server and make the GUI a little prettier; first rev will come out tonight.
It'll run on any windows platform with .NET Framework 4 Client Profile installed, or Linux/OSX using mono.
