EnvisaLink 3 with Vista-10p

I just installed the EnvisaLink 3 to my Vista-10p system and am running into a couple of things that hopefully someone can assist with. Note that my KEYB is solid green, OPER is flashing red, ACT is flashing red, and Link is sold green. All of which the manual indicates is working condition. My firmware Version is: 01.08.102A

First, on the eyez-on.com/EZMAIN/evl3honeywell.php page, step 2 says to setup a IP/GSM/LRR by going into *29. When I enter installers mode and enter *29, I get a blank screen and am not able to enable the LRR support. The vista-10p manual however says that code exists so I am not sure why I can't get to it. Any ideas?

Second when I am on the website portal page, I can see my alarm. It says it is ready and I can see zone activity like when I open/close the door. I can't however arm/disarm the system from the portal page and I am not sure if that is because of the step above or if it is a separate issue. Also next to the status of ready, it says "Trouble" in yellow. When I hover over it, there is a pop up that says service required. Once again not sure if it is connected to the first question or something different.

**EDIT**
I was able to remove the status of "Trouble" from the portal page. It appears my system tried to dial out to my old monitoring company. I just cleared the *41 & *42. I am still having the other issues.
