version 88

I installed my 4th device and it does not want to go online...the only difference that I can see from my other devices is the version number shows "88" instead of "101" did I receive the wrong device? please help...I am 400 miles from home installing this system....Thanks

Are the network lights lit ?
Check your dhcp server to make sure it got assigned an ip.
Try accessing it locally.
Make sure you have the outbound port open
make sure you can traceroute to the proper server.
