Where to get info on EnvisaAlarm monitoring?

Hello All,

I've had a 2DS board for several months. Love it. But where is the information on the EnvisaAlarm monitoring?? I see there is now even a "EnvisaLink 3" board and on the page about it there some info about the optional "EnvisAlarm™ Service"....but zero information about pricing and where/how to get it!

Also, when I log on to my Eyez-On account I always have to enter my user ID and Password TWICE before I am logged in. Is this normal?

It also says my 2DS board is using "Version 101". Did I see Version 1.07 is now out? And if so shouldn't my 2DS board have updated itself to the new version(s)?

Well, I just accidentally discovered one answer!! I see once you log into your account, then click on your device, if you look under "Details for...", right below "Version..." you see "EnvisAlarm™ Status: Sign Up For Monitoring..."

...and if you then click on THAT you THEN see "EnvisAlarm™ Monitoring Information" !! Well, that only took me a couple months to find.

Suggestion: Maybe you guys could put this info (and how to enable it on your 2DS or 3 board) on your main web site so people know how to enable it?
