Panic button on EVL-3?

Is there anyway to press the panic button remotely on EVL-3? All I see from the portal is PGM, BYPASS, and SEQUENCE. I want to be able to sound and turn off the siren remotely. Is that possible? I have a DSC Power 832 alarm system.
