Configuring Vista 20P

Hello, experts -

I just ordered a EnvisaLink 3 module and it is on its' way. In the meantime, I read through the configuring doc to make sure I understand it all. I have a Vista 20P, monitored by cellular radio by Alarm Relay. However, the Long Range Radio (*29) is set at 0. In order to enable shadowing, should I change it to 1? And what about the checkbox in EnvisaLink Configuration? Thanks!
