Mobile Portal Vista 15p

Any suggestions on the mobile portal link for a vista 15p. Ive tried everything I know. I can see the panal while on iphone5 but i can not do any functions arm, bypass, stay, off etc...

When I search for the for the device locally on my network. It lets me arm the system.

No it will not let me ARM the system.

It sounds like you haven't configured your panel to support your E3 as a keypad. Did you follow all the instructions for Honeywell installation? Specifically, did you enable keypad address 18 (*191 or whatever you want to make it) in your panel?

Yes I enabled the device to a key pad address should I delete the device and start over?
