Is an Ademco Vista40 panel compatible withe the ELV-3D

I'm new to the site and really like what I have been reading about the ELV-3D. Is my Vista40 panel usable for internet monitoring. If not, can use recommend an equivalent Honeywell panel and also a DSC panel for another home.

What is a Vista40? I don't see it on Honeywell's website.

The Vista 40 is an old Ademco panel before the Honeywell name change.
