Possible to have a second user access to specific partition

Is it possible with the current eyez-on/envisalink 3ds portal to give a person a username/password that gives them access only to a partition of my system ?
More specifically, I would love to give access to the suite partition but not the whole house.

Or at the very least, set them up with email alerts but only for that partition.
