Hello,
I have installed an envisalink 3 module into a Honeywell Vista20P panel - I have everything working save for one issue - When an alarm trips I do not get an email or text though I have it set up to send. Also the alarm events are not logged in the recent events on the webpage. I can disarm and arm the system from the webpage and do get a text/email within seconds of initiating it. I have set up the communications and reporting per the instructions on the Envisalink 3 Honeywell programming guide posted in the forums. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong any help would be appreciated.

When you setup your contact for email/sms you need to check which notifications you wish to recieve. Log back into your eyez-on account and modify the settings on your contact. There should be a checkbox for alarms at the top of the list. It sounds like arm/disarm events are already checked.

Unfortunately the alarm checkbox is checked along with Arm and Disarm. I checked *50 per advice from tech support and set the burglar arm delay to 0 and still having problems. Not sure if it's a configuration issue on my end with the board which is most likely since this is my first install. I'm exchanging emails with a Gentleman from Tech support on the issue as well and I will report back when it's figured out. Thanks for the suggestion, hopefully I won't hurt my head banging it against the wall trying to figure this out

I'm having the exact same issue. The only difference is I'm using a 21iP panel. Please post solution if/when you figure it out and I will also do the same. Thanks.

Looks like Human error on this one - My reporting codes for the zones were still set to 00 I thought I had changed them but the setting didn't take - the first digit has to be a digit other than 0 for it to work. In this case I changed it to 10 for all the reporting codes. I want to give a shout out to Michael from Tech support - Customer service for this product is amazing. Thanks again Micheal for helping newbies like me.

I figured out why I wasn't getting alarms. I had set the report code to 00. Changed it to 10 and it appears to be working fine.

How do we enable report codes? Please guide in detail
