EnvisaLink 3 - Web Interface password

Hi everyone...

I'm trying to access the web interface directly using the browser IP address ie..

http://192.168.5.3:80

I thought the default was user / user and I'm pretty sure i never changed it...

Can someone let me know how to reset it?

Or ... if that's not possible - if I did change it - can you change the username and password? Or just the password and the username is always user?

The username is always "user".

If you want to reset your password you can easily do this from your portal account. Just select your module's details page, then click on Manage Device, then click on reset Envisalink Password.

I realized why I didn't know the password.

After I reset it and logging in - I attempted to change the password again. I noticed the password 'dots' stopped after 6 characters.

So max password length is only 6 digits for the web interface...
