Open Close reporting to station

I have installed the Envisalink 3 onto a honeywell Vista 20P panel and it is working great...however,

Is there a way to have the open/close signals sent only through the Envisalink and NOT to the central station?

I am able to do this with the DSC but so far have been unable to do it with the honywell panels.

Unfortunately no. Due to limitations with Ademco systems you have to have the same signals go to both the dialer and the Envisalink.

In that case, I have a question about the dual reporting (which I find is great, btw). I was updating my motion sensors and lifting the cover to the sensor, which, of course, sends a signal to the alarm company of a tampering. However, the tampering is not being reported through Envisalink. I have all the options for notifications on...

Tamper's from Ademco, while reported to the servers, may not be presented to the user as they might be "undefined" in our system.

Send the time of the event to support with a description and we can see what happened. If it was a tamper I'm pretty sure it's because that particular tamper code isn't coded yet.
