new vista 20p with wireless devices and envisalink 3

I am installing a new alarm system using a vista 20p and a large number of wireless devices (5800 series). I have a few questions:

1) Is the envisalink 3 compatible with the wireless devices? (homesecuritystore says envisalink is compatible with "hardwired" vista systems)

2) Is the evisalink compatible with the tuxedo touch?

3) What can I use my iphone to do with the envisalink?
