EnvisaLink 3 - increase in number of TPI clients?

I've currently got the 2DS installed which supports a single TPI client connection. Does the new 3 support multiple connections (2 would be great, 3 even better)?

The neither the 2DS nor the E3 supports multiple clients but a user named MikeP has an application called DSC Server (or something close to that) which can "fan out" the TPI to multiple clients.
