EnvisaLink 3 not accepting remote commands (HELP!!)

I am a newbie at this, but I'm hoping someone can help. I just installed the EnvisaLink3 onto my Vista 20p panel. I can now view the status of my panel on the web. However, it is not accepting any remote commands. I can't arm, disarm, or anything. I also don't see the commands in the queue. Am I suppose to open up something in the firewall? What else could be wrong?

Oh boy. Looks like there are a bunch of setup I didn't know about. I have a Honeywell Vista panel, so there are a whole set of programming instructions I missed. Oops.
