status bubble?

I had set up an account previously with no problems. now a second account I was setting up seems off. Here's the problem... It's plugged in and working but no arms disarms and such are sending. as well there is no status bubble like my other account has and I cannot arm or disarm remotely.

The devices are enabled. the useres are enabled with the devices as well as contacts are verified. What steps am i missing?

Ok so an hour after I set up the account the bubble appeared. After i armed and disarmed the system. is that norma?

I was trying to add a second device to a second panel. So when i added a new device it stayed grey for a long time. 2 days. So I opened a new account with a new email and added the device in. It took an hour but it all got working. How come i cannot add a second envisalink to a second panel on my current account?

I have never tried to add a second device to my current account, but the way the website is set-up it appears to be very possible, maybe you typed in a wrong number on the mac address?
