Is your alarm system acting normal at the regular keypad? aka is the green ready light on and you can arm and disarm the system from it? Are you sure you are not using the same keypad address with 2 keypads? each keypad needs its own unique keypad address.

keypad is ready and green. Keypad works fine. I only have 1 keypad on my system. I have tried using *190, 17 and others like *193, 20. I set them back to 0,0 and nothing seems to be working on the website. I cannot set zones and descriptions with the partition # on the website when managing labels.
