Errors Logging In To EnvisaLink 3
I am seeing errors when logging into the EnvisaLink via the webpage or my mobile device - unable to get to the point to where I input my login and password. is anyone else seeing this?

There is so many variables to what you are asking. What type of phone do you have....what version if the o.s., What web browser are you using....what version web browser. Were you in an area with good service.

I don't really need help troubleshooting if I do have an issue. I am simply trying to see if others are experiencing an issue logging into the EnvisaLink remotely via a mobile device or PC.

Yes I'm in Toronto having the same problem.
The web link on my iphone wasn't loading at all
Now it does load but my device is showing offline even tho my triggers are updating.

We had an outage last night during that time. See the report on this forum.

I saw that outage notice you put up that said from 9pm to 1030pm.. I was having issues from 8pm EST until today this morning around 9am EST - over 12 hours...
Freaked the hell out of me last night when It froze all my triggers...
At midnight my motion was saying - closed 85 seconds ago and my front door said closed at 10:30pm when I last closed it around 8:30pm.
I nearly called the cops.

All services were restored last night just after 10PM EDT. If you have a further problem please enter a support ticket from your Eyezon portal.
