Envlisalink 3 Vista 20p

I have installed the EnvisaLink 3 in Vista 20p. I have it up and running. I have configured all the settings in the Vista 20p.

I am not getting alarms sent to my email in Zone 2 (zone type 01). I do get email alerts for zones 3 & 4 (zone type 03). But not for Zone 5 motion (zone type 10).

I have set the delay at 0 and also at 15 sec. At first, I was getting exit fault alerts, but I am not getting them now. They do show up in the online event log.

Any help is appreciated.

do you have reporting for Zone 2 and 5 set to 1?
