All,
Activating a PGM output on the control panel using *71 prompts me for a user code and works properly after entering the code.
Using the TPI command for same partition/output (02011 in this case) returns code 680 (System is in installer mode) and then nothing and does not activate the output. The panels don't display anything during this event but the ready light turns off then back on again a minute or so later when (I'm guessing) the installer code prompt times out.
If I use TPI command 071 instead as shown below then it works just fine and activates the output and returns 500 followed by 510 which is correct.
TPI Command:
0711*71
sleep 1 second
0711xxxx <- replace x's with proper user code
TPI returns (and operates the PGM output properly):
500
510
510
Any idea why I'm getting the 680 code back when I'm not asking to be in installer mode?
