I have seen some other posts about not getting text messages but getting emails but didn't see anything for what I am experiencing. I set up my Envisalink3 late last year and was unable to get it to work so I could arm my system via the web. I was however able to get it to send me emails/text messages.
I decided to try one more time to get the arming/disarming working via the web. Originally I had partition 1 set to 17 and did all the steps in the setup guide. So I changed the partition to 18 instead of 17 and found that I can now arm the system via the web but I am no longer getting the email/text messages anymore.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why I wouldn't be getting them now? I have validated step 3 & 4 in https://www.eyez-on.com/EZMAIN/evl3honeywell.php are correct.

Re: Not receiving Email or Text notifications
I wanted to post an update as I got it working the other day. I contacted support@eyezon.com and worked with them (great by the way). I explained that I couldn't get to *29 and got the response below back.
"Hi, in the new panels Ademco changed some items from Data Programming to Menu Programming. *29 is one of them. That is why #29 shows you EE as it is no longer in "data" programming. Menu programming just means that it asks you questions instead of just programming a single value. Like a software wizard. On an alpha keypad, after you hit *29, you would see
1:prog. 2:diag. 3:quit
You then hit 1, then 1 again, then *, then * again (if memory serves me, I'm not in front of a panel). I don't know what you'd see on an icon keypad as we don't use them."
I did not ever see the three options and so I just did a *29 and then hit 1,1,*,*; even though my screen was blank. I had no indication on the screen that it worked, but I just set my alarm of afterwards and was able to get the notifications.
