Re: Automatic Network Time Updates Now Available
Yes and no. Time updates are run as a "pull" service where the Envisalink asks for a time update but there's no reason not to "push" it.
That sounds like a reasonable request, I'll add it to the feature list.
Thanks for the suggestion!

Re: Automatic Network Time Updates Now Available
Just curious how this works.. Normally the DSC panel requires the Master Code to set time on the panel. Given that we are not providing any Panel Codes to Eyez-On, how does this feature manage to by-pass this requirement?
Thanks,
Thanks,

I can't get into details but it is possible to change the panel time without a code. Certain accessory modules, other than keypads, have the ability to change the panel time without keypad emulation and the Envisalink uses this service.
For example, look at the original PC5401 or IT-100 protocol. You will see that there is a command to set the panel time that doesn't require a user code. This has also been carried over to our own TPI protocol.

I don't think there is an equivalent service on Honeywell, otherwise it would already be available.

Re: Automatic Network Time Updates Now Available
When I set the "Subscribe to Auto-Time Updates" checkbox in the "Manage Device" panel to "checked" it becomes unchecked after a logout/login. Is this expected behaviour? Am I still subscribed even though the checkbox is cleared on subsequent logins? If this behaviour is expected then how does one unsubscribe from the auto-time update feature?
Thanks

No, that isn't what is supposed to happen. Submit a support ticket and include your browser information.
