Arms and Disarms alerts

First time to setup these alerts when leaving for vacation. Son came back home and disarmed and armed the system. But I did not receive any alert message.
I am not sure if these alerts are free or should be covered by EnvisAlerts subscription. Please advice.

Did you follow the instructions on how to setup contacts and then assign them to your Envisalink?

The contacts setup and alerts assignment should be correct. I received email alerts for every network supervision faulted and restored as well as alarm events (twice system false alarm).
Since assigning the arms and disarms alert on last Friday, the system has been armed and disarmed at least 6 times and I did not received one email alert.
Will assign more email addresses to make sure it is not the mail server failure.
