Alarm test via web UI?

I've been monitoring my home alarm system with NextAlarm for the past 8 years. One of the convenient features that they offer is the ability to put the account in test mode via their web-UI whenever I'd like to test the system or make changes.

It's unclear to me whether the Envisalarm service offers a similar feature or whether it's mandatory to manually call the monitoring center before testing the alarm.

Can anyone who has the Envisalarm monitoring service advise me on what steps you need to take to test your system?

I believe the only way to set your system to "test" is to call into the station and request this.
