above only the house partition was armed/closed with a remote at 18:08 and opened/disarmed with a user code at 18:08.
disarmed at 9:53 with a user code and armed with function key at 10:40.
Partition was never armed or disarmed.
Is it possible that partition 3 is common? why can't we save a name for it?
i have 2 partition
partition 1: Partition House(name in envisalink)
Partition 2: Partition 2(name in envisalink)

Yes, on Honeywell systems they have a non-existent partition which reflects common zones called partition 3. You can't name it because you can't actually control it.
Your panel sends out the two messages because the user exists in both partitions.
