I'm able to get both text and email test messages with the PIN number in them to verify. I set both my text and email to notify for every arm, disarm, and everything, but I've never gotten an actual notice.
There is a red error message at the top of my EYEZ-ON Details page that says:
LRR Programming. Check *29 Programming
I am able to arm, disarm, away, off and everything through web, and phone link interface.
I have the Honeywell Vista 20P, Envisalink EVL-3, and the Honeywell 6160 panel.

As it says, check your *29 programming. Part 2 Section 2 of your Honeywell programming.
Without this you won't get any notifications.

I'm not receiving any alerts to my SMS, or email. Both have been setup and verified via PIN. I'm getting an error message on the Eyezon summary page "Warning: LRR Programming. Check *29 Programming" but my 20P keypad isn't showing any error message. I set the keypad to send alerts for all the different things, and I set the Eyezon to alert me for everything, but still nothing. Homesecuritystore thinks it might be a firmware failure. Any other ideas or things I can try?

You need to program field *29. If I remember right, it is a menu mode. Just follow the menu to enable "Long Range Radio Output".
