Sorry if this has been covered before, I tried a search but didn't have much luck.
Just installed an Envisalink3 to my DSC1664 panl last night. Fairly new to this but I think the installation went fine and the lights looked correct on the Envisalink.
Registered an account and connected the device. When I log into my account it does report recent activity (at least a bunch of activity from last night).
However, under status it is blank and if i use the m site it is showing the status as off-line.
What are the steps i should take to trouble shoot?
No status reported and mobile shows as offline
