mobile portal

Hello,

So I was able to generate a mobile browser link and get the "ON" in the app listing of my iphone. I then logged into my account. I bookmarked the site of my account.

The trouble is if I close safari, then use the "ON" function, it always brings me to the main home page of eyes-on and then I must log on to my account using my email a password.

Does anyone know how to set it up so I don't have to log on to my account ever time I go check/turn on/off my alarm using my Iphone? (I do have pass lock on my iphone)

When I originally set up the portal I was able to do it but I have somehow messed it up.

I have tried disabling the portal then generating a new one then using the phone to access the email to link the iphone to the account.

Curious thing is when I use the "ON" button of the iphone I can see the phone trying to link to my account eyez-on.com/xxxxx, but will then resort to eyez-on.com home page.

any help would be appreciated, thanks.

The bookmark you have is no longer valid because you disabled and the regenerated the link. The mobile portal link is unique and changes every time it is regenerated. This is a very important security feature as it allows customers to quickly render a link useless if they feel their account has been compromised.

You need to bookmark the latest link (visible in your Account Settings).
