I'm out-of-town and just received an Alert Email from noreply@eyezon.com that said: "Please be advised that your monitored device XXXXXXXXXXXX has been off-line for at least 24 hours. Please check your network. You will continue to receive these alerts until you have resolved the problem"
I then logged on to my Eyez-On portal and everything looks OK. It shows the "Last Update: September 30, 2013, 8:27 am", which is the current time. The portal's event log shows that no events occurred over the weekend .
I then called Consolidated Monitoring and they told me they also have not seen any events occurring over the weekend, but they had no way of checking their current connectivity with my 2DS without an event occurring (I was surprised they couldn't check the connectivity).
I then connected to my router remotely with a browser and it looks to be solid. It has not lost Internet connectivity over the weekend according to its log and it is connected currently. I could trigger a router reboot, but I didn't want to lose any evidence in tracing this possible bug.
I'm standing by for help.

Please ignore. There was a dry-run of the DST changeover and this accidentially caused these emails. You will receive another email shortly explaining that this was in error and all Envisalarm customers are online.
We apologise for any apprehension this may have caused.

It's comforting to know that even Wizards have glitches but, I'm surprised the Consolidated Monitoring person I spoke with couldn't check their connectivity to my 2DS without an event occurring.
I would have assumed they had a "Last Updated" status screen like the one on my Eyez-On portal. Is it true they can't check connectivity, or was the monitoring person I spoke with uninformed?

CML's station operators, like all monitoring stations, only get notifications of network connectivity loss when their receivers detect the loss of supervision. They don't see anything like "last updated" as you do on Envisalerts.

Interesting. Thanks for that info.
Count me as a very satisfied 2DS/Envisalarm customer. For over two years, I've only had a few minor glitches, such as today's, which were very quickly resolved.
