intermittant 2DS issues

I have 2 of these in service , best investment i have ever made.

Recently my primary one (main house) has been showing offline at random times but no sms or emails reporting such, just observed on mobil or web portal. AC/Heat Thermostat is now missing.
zone bypasess and arming report siginificantly delayed 5+ mins or not recieved at all..

Any clues? was there a new update pushed in the last couple of weeks?

There is another forum where we are describing the same issues. Please let the moderators know of your issue. The more that let them know, the sooner we can get this major issue fixed.

Update: Online support is saying they have received zero complaints of this and don't seem to be inclined to look into it further. My suggestion is start sending them complaints until they take this seriously.

Please submit a support ticket and we can look at your account. We don't know who you are otherwise.

There were delays yesterday afternoon as part of last night's server migration. We had to put all users on the same server while the others were being backed-up. This work was completed late last night.

Today things seem back to Normal I will monitor and open a ticket if i notice any further issues. Thanks
