Cannot get blackberry to work right

Just installed this today and love it. Works great from the computer but I sent the quick link to my blackberry but when I click on the link it says "invalid credentials or disabled account" Any idea what the issue could be?

The most likely culprit is that your e-mail software has truncated the URL. Sometimes that happens. Have a look at the URL on your computer e-mail program and see if it matches what it says on the Blackberry.

You may have to manually add the last characters.
