Zone Open / Close times

Hi, all. Just bought and installed a new DSC 1832 and EVL-3, replacing an old Ademco 4110DL. I'm also awaiting activation of the monitoring service.

I was looking at the status messages on the web page and noticed something curious: there is always a five minute difference between the time a zone is opened and it is closed. I know for a fact that these zones are only open for a few seconds, as family goes in and out of the front door or patio door.

I'll try to upload a screenshot (from my phone) to show what I mean. This is my first post, so I might not have permission yet.

Anyway, I did a quick search of the forum, but didn't find anything.

Does anyone else have this problem, or is there a fix action for it?
