Two questions from a new user

Just installed my EL3 last week on my Vista 15P + 6160 and so far so good except for 2 issues:

1) How do I get the zone names to show up instead of numbers?

2) I get email and web interface alerts for opening and closing of zones, but not for actual alarm triggers. Is there a setting I missed in the control panel programming? I have all the boxes checked on the web interface.

1: log into EVL account, on top right select manage device, Then select manage zone lables, then add in the names of your zones.

2: The most common reason for this that you have a delay in field *50, You need to put in a zero in this field for your panel to send the alert instantly, Or wait for that time to time out before turning off the alarm.

Also check to make sure you have a 1 in field *55 to set the LPR first.

That worked, thanks! I forgot about the dialer delay thing, and the Manage Device link wasn't showing up because I accidentally was in "compatibility mode" in my browser.
