Zone Reporting labels

I am having an issue showing the zones reporting properly, anything over zone 9 doesn't show the label just the zone # (no description). I have 2 partitions, both seem to work ok as far as arm and disarm, but the 2nd partition doesn't show any activity even though I have zones assigned to the 2nd partition. They show up on partition 1 but without the labels.. anyone have any suggestions? I have searched the forum and can't find any answers. Help appreciated.

By the lack of response I think we can assume your problem is specific to your account. Submit a support request and we can take a look at your configuration.

I am having the same issue. I have 4 partitions and all the zones show up under partition 1. I can submit a help request if needed, but evidently this is not an isolated case. My system was set up by an alarm company so maybe they did not configure something correctly ? I too can arm and disarm the seperate partitions.

No, this user had a different problem. From your description it sounds like you didn't assign your zones to your other partitions in the zone label definitions. Refer to your Envisalink primer for more information.

I fixed my problem.. I had 2 zones labeled the same, maybe check to see that the labels are all unique. Made my issues go away!
