weird - working last night no server offline

weird - working last night now "no server offline" , what could have changed - I can log into the envisalink through the network and it says the server is offline . But the system says ready .. ideas

Had to make the envisalink ip address unbound , then made it static again . The assigned the new ip in the router . All is good again ..
