Local supplier registered account

I only know of one local supplier of EnvisaLink close to where i live. i'm interested in buying the unit from them, they advised it comes with their preregistered eyez-on account.
(1) Will this not pose a risk to my home security (i.e. the supplier able to monitor my alarm, etc.)?
(2) Can i re-register the device (serial number) to my own / personal eyez-on account?
(3) Is it at all possible to use this on a private network (i.e. not go via eyez-on?

Yes, you can use the Envisalink on your a private network by either using the TPI with a third-party application, or the built-in webserver.
