Email alerts some hours late

Hi, I have a issue with my account regarding email notifications because I have push email working fine until now but some days ago I receive emails but 5 or more hours late
I try to change time zone but I think is not the problem
This issue is with my contact only, I have some contacts more and works

Anyone have this issue?

Generally this is an issue with your email provider but if you submit at tech support request we can pull the mail logs for you.
